Community Home Buyer Education is a not for profit social sector organization whose sole purpose is to reach communities throughout the United States and provide the highest quality of home ownership education.
Our goal is to help first time homebuyers learn about the home buying process and provide them with great information with which to make great decisions.
Join us for an upcoming Homebuyer Mixer!
Come learn about what it takes to become a homebuyer and have a great time with others who have the same goal! We bring in local real estate and mortgage experts to share their knowledge and answer your questions about homeownership. Homebuyer Education through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission
The Washington State Housing Finance Commission also provides a program and education for first time homebuyers. This is a separate educational event that shares information about the different loan programs available – FHA, USDA, VA, and Home Advantage. Once first-time homebuyers successfully take this class, they qualify for 0% down!

“We met Todd at his free home buying seminar. There we learned a lot and being introduced to the home-buying arena was easy with Todd as a guide.
